!!! The Public is welcome to attend all classes. Please Park in Onekahakaha Beach Parking Area next to the Swings (please do not park in front of the Inn Bamboo fence to the ocean). Then quietly walk to our 3 Story Earthtone Building's Bamboo Gate Entrance. Pre-class Sign up is not necessary.!!!

9AM - 10AM PILATES - Vicky Robbins, $15 drop-in
Vicky is an Instructor teaching in the community with 20 years experience. She offers an all level Pilates Classical/Contemporary Mat class. Focusing on core strength and stability, flexibility and balance as well as working the spine in all directions.
